We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
You will be required to pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, but generally take 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control; however, we will assist you whenever possible.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item received
- Missing product/item
Refunds are provided in the form of:
- Product replacement, or
- Store credit
Cash refunds are not applicable.

- Our fragrances and attars are for external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and keep away from children.
- Razavi.pk is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or storage.
- If you have fragrance sensitivity, please perform a patch test before full application.
