1. 7-Day Return Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened perfumes/attars
- Products with broken seals (if not defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Exchange Policy
We offer replacement only (no refunds) in the following cases:
- Damaged product on arrival
- Incorrect item delivered
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement accordingly.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Share your order number
- Provide clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
5. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost
- If the return is requested for other valid reasons, the customer may bear shipping charges
6. Refund Policy
Currently, we do not offer cash refunds.
Eligible cases will be handled through product replacement only.
